Knitting some mittens or gauntlets – wrist warmers. Winter’s coming so I’ll test out whether these reduce the Raynauds.
Raynauds disease is the result of vasospasms (spasming blood vessels) that decrease blood flow to parts of the body. Emotional stress and cold are triggers. It causes fingers and toes to go white and numb.

From a Better Homes & Gardens pattern ("easy mittens" or something like that), knit in Lion Homespun. They knit up very quickly and are quite cute. The downside is that they’re not knit in the round, so you have to sew up the seams, which, as you can see, leaves a slightly lumpy edge.
Also DIVINE in Caron Bliss (I used hot pink for my MIL’s Cmas mittens).
